Refund and Cancellations

We do not accept any cancellations. We do not give refunds. We do not do returns.

All orders once placed are final.

We provide a slime instruction sheet along with the slimes to ensure proper care is taken.

In any case, the customer misuses the slime or does not adhere to the instructions provided, we will not refund or send out a new product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you fix it.
